The Elite Fit Grip T-Handle Red Edition is designed to give lifters greater control, leverage, and lifting efficiency when handling heavy weights. The compact T-handle design provides balanced grip positioning while helping reduce excessive bending when picking up weights from the floor.

A 7.5-inch rubber-coated horizontal grip delivers a secure, comfortable hold, while the adjustable shaft system allows quick height changes between 9, 11, and 13 inches using a pull-ring detent pin. The mechanism also enables smooth 360° rotation, allowing natural movement during lifts with dumbbells, barbells, or cable systems.

This T-Handle model features a 6-inch upper housing that secures the adjustable inner tube, creating a slightly more compact profile while maintaining the same strength and stability.

The V-Catch Inner Channel, built from reinforced angle iron with protective rubber padding, securely holds barbells and dumbbells while preventing slipping or rotation and protecting your equipment.

A heavy-duty hook attachment also allows the unit to connect to cable machines up to 360 lbs, while the entire system is engineered to support up to 600 lbs of load.
